About

For over 15 years, I have been a Director and Executive Producer of documentary films, commercials, and series. The greatest privilege of my career is being trusted to tell people’s stories.

Most recently I was an Executive Producer at The Players’ Tribune & Sports Illustrated. In my six years there, I led a team of creative producers working with the best athletes and the biggest brands in the world. I was the showrunner for TPT’s most successful original series, Nail Salon, and worked with sports legends like Jerry Rice, Pedro Martinez, Sue Bird, Misty Copeland, Jalen Brunson, and Gabby Douglas.

I’ve directed six and seven -figure video series for brands including State Farm, Rocket Mortgage, Lexus, ESPN, Rocket Mortgage, and Paramount+. I’ve told intimate, verite stories about mental health and social justice, earning trust in the most sensitive environments. I’m confident and enthusiastic about working with a crew of 5 on a run ‘n gun documentary as well as a 50 person crew on a commercial shoot in a studio.

While I’ve specialized in athlete storytelling in recent years, my interests and experience extend far beyond that landscape. I’ve traveled to remote islands in French Polynesia to tell stories about the people who live there and the culture of the Marquesas. I have spent days on a sheep ranch in rural Oregon working with third generation wool producers. I distributed my feature film debut in over 30 theaters, on four continents. My white whale documentary is a real-life, transcendent love story between two married scientists searching for a cure to the wife’s fatal, degenerative brain disorder.

Filmmaking is my favorite medium, but at its core, I like creating things that didn’t exist before. More than anything, I’m a genuinely curious person that loves telling real, human stories.
